It’s funny, I didn’t host “The MMA Hour” for three years, then I return a few weeks ago, miss one show (due to labor day), and now it feels like the last show was ages ago.
In reality, it was just seven days ago, but I’m jonesing to get back out there again. And I’m loving this new Wednesday tradition of answering your questions on air, so hit me with some “On the Nose” questions below, will ya? Something tells me there’s a lot you wanna ask about.

Hi Ariel, don’t know if you remember me from many moons ago when you had Javier in your team, I was the first caller on your mma hour show back in 1856 it was that week after the UFC EVENT where Anderson Silva manage to beat Chael Sonnen in the last round in their fifth match and you asked the callers to ask about this fight specifically.
I woke up at 6am calling from
Australia and I missed your prep talk so instead I had other plans, I ended up asking about who the top 3 Aussie fighters are in UFC at that stage … and you were bitterly let down from me, I just wanted to say sorry for that - I apologies mate.
Now I got that out of the way, let me get to the question - do you know what day it is today 8th September 2021 ?
It is national Pardon day, so please pardon me for that phone call many many years ago on your mma hour show.
Did you know It’s also national quiet day, so you had actually celebrated that on Monday for not having show on.
And did you know it’s also national Actors day, time to pay respect to all our actors out there that keeps us entertained.
And most importantly it’s national Iguana day …. Let’s pay homage to all the iguanas on earth …
My second real question is …. What’s happened to your Mazda 6 I saw on your first YouTube video?
And my last question before i sign off is would you be interested in a boxing match with Joe Rogan to settle the misunderstanding? Imagine the money that could be made, that could goto charity too…
