This is a crazy life.
Every few days I get a chance to talk to some of the most interesting people on the planet. Not just the toughest — they are, of course, that — but also some of the most introspective souls out there, too.
It has never been lost on me just how lucky I am to have access to these people.
Sometimes the chats are great. Sometimes not so much. And every so often they are memorable. Chats that I think I will remember for the rest of my days.
My conversation with Tyson Fury on yesterday’s episode of
"The MMA Hour” was one of those. Not because we talked about this weekend’s trilogy fight versus Deontay Wilder or anything like that. But because he went to a different place. A deeper place. He opened his soul a bit for us, and it was magical. I enjoyed every minute of it.
I hope you do, as well.
The whole episode was great, in my opinion. Here it is, in case you missed it.
Great interview, was wondering what happened to his wwe and mma training.
He’s a special geezer is Tyson. Powerful chap in so many ways.
