Ric - I agree with you that Cain at his peak is the most dominant heavyweight of all time. In the traditional GOAT debate, we tend to primarily focus on a fighter’s entire career. What if during the GOAT debate, we throw their career accomplishments out the window, and instead focused solely on who was the GOAT at a single moment in time, their peak? My pick for this type of GOAT would be Cain. Others who would enter this type of conversation would be BJ Penn, Connor McGregor, Khabib, etc. Ariel, GC, Ric, Petesy, who would you pick?

Cody Garbrandt hands down!

Sup Ariel,

Can we keep the GC vs Ric physical competitions going and can we get an arm wrestling and push-up challenge next?

Ariel, are you aware that Carl Froch pays to have a sit down interview with Turki Alalshikh as one of those long ass YouTube ads? So I’ll be watching the Ariel helwani show and then Carl froch will pop up in the ads, idk I feel like there is some serious irony here and you needed to be made aware of it.

Also shout out GC for just being the man.

Hi Ariel - just wondering that since the UFC is a business at the end of the day, would they perhaps be more inclined to make the Poatan x Bones fight instead of Tom? Jones will inevitably ask for less (so less expense) and Poatan has a much bigger mainstream profile than Aspinall so greater casual appeal (so more revenue).

You are right Poatan a much bigger star than Aspinall ATM, for eg way more Instagram followers. But I just want to see the best fights, guess we fans approach the JJ issue from a different lens to the UFC!

Hello Ariel and Chief Supports! I appeared on a small reality TV show that premiered last month and have been stopped a few times for photos while out and about. It'll never be anything like you guys experience, but I'm curious: What policy do each of you have regarding fans approaching you in public for a photo? Also, Ric, have you noticed a recent decrease in fan interactions due to misconceptions about gout being contagious?

What up, my dudes?

How about them Bills, huh?! We’re going to show the Ravens (and world) why Josh is the real MVP and that Buffalo is Super Bowl ready this weekend..

Just wondering, what was each of your favorite video game and system (console or handheld) while growing up? Could we see a ranking on BITB?

Goldeneye, WCW vs NWO, NBA Jam, EA Skate, and Halo are my top 5. Still rocking my Xbox 360 TIL THIS DAY!

Thanks.. and GO BILLS

Hi Ariel, last year we were treated to several Riyadh Season boxing promotional films (Anthony Joshua Vs Francis Ngannou: Knockout Chaos & Artur Beterbiev Vs Dmitry Bivol: IV Crown, being my particular favorites).

Do you believe something like this could ever be incorporated into a UFC headline fight now that Riyadh Season has extended their partnership with UFC. Imagine how good a Jon Jones Vs Tom Aspinal promo could be with that sort of budget and creativity. The UFC has so many great characters that would compliment this type of promo so well.

Thanks to you and all the team for consistently delivering great podcasts.

Manuel

Whats going on Ariel and the team,

My friends and I are starting a fantasy UFC league where we draft fighters for every ppv. Rules are basically 1 point for a win, 2 for a finish, -1 point for a loss, etc.

If you had to draft fighters for 311 who’s your top 4?

Give me Payton Talbot first overall.

Cheers,

Adam

Let Kendrick have his Diss Track..

Hey Bruv, let me preface this by saying, I live in Pickering Ontario. about 25 minutes away from where Drake lives. I'm a Drake fan but a bigger Helwani fan & Canadian through and through. So I'm going to push back slightly on the Drake vs Kendrick Beef w/ Peace & Love

The O'Shea interview was awesome. But you jokingly took offense to O'Shea comparing Hulk Hogan to Drake. And Brett Hart to Kendrick. Nationalities aside, I think that analogy was pretty good. Hogan was one of the best drawing Entertainers of all time. As was Drake. And if Hulk woke up tomorrow with Bret Hart's money. He'd jump outta friggin' window.

You talked Diss Tracks with O'Shea ( Who's a So-Cal guy (who's father, Ice Cube, a So-Cal guy with a top 5 Diss Track in No Vasoline) about Kendrick ( A So-Cal guy) while your favorite Diss Track by Tupac (Although a New Yorker, proudly repped the So-Cal) My Point is, that's a lot of So-Cal. And having a debate with the star of the movie Straight Outta Compton could only go one way.

Lastly, here are a couple of facts I researched that may help you put Drake taking an L in a diss battle into perspective. Kendrick has like 3 homes in the L.A. area. Including a home in Calabasas, that his family lives in. As well as a $40 Million dollar home he bought last year. That may even not be there by UFC 311.

So let Kendrick have that W and the Superbowl Halftime show. On the bright side, At least the Buffalo Bills will be up by 21, by the time he takes the stage.

Frank Mysterio hit me with the Turki Beeep!

Sup Ariel,

Did you know that in 2021 one of the greatest arm wrestlers in history, and Canadian Special Forces soldier Devon Larratt stayed in the Tristar dorms in Montreal for a month, and was trained by Firas Zahabi for a boxing match he had with Thor (The Mountain from Game of Thrones?).

I found this quite fascinating and was wondering if you were aware of it. I think Devon would be an amazing guest to have on your show to pick his brain about his time at Tristar and what it was like going from arm wrestling to boxing.

Thanks for all you do.

Favorite segment of the week!!!

Ariel, has there been any talk about potentially being the MMA beat back? My dream line up would be you, Chuck, Luke, and BC as the main 4 and then of course sprinkle in the BITB

PS - GC, when can we expect the fight feast/FTD collab now that Bronson has been in studio

Hola Ariel! When’s the last time you talked to Chris Van Vliet? You should collab sometime.

Good morning, Mr. Helwani

I am a member. This has taken me 6 years for me to say, this has taken a lot of courage for me to say, Sir, but my name is Shane and I'm a 34 year old fight fan from Boston, MA. I have spent 6 years watching your content, from MMA fighting to ESPN and now uncrowned. It's very motivating and inspiring. But I just wanted to say, I really want to worship your muscles and smell your farts, Sir. I've thought about your farts every MMAhour of every day for 6 years. I think about what they smell like and what they sound like constantly, Ariel. Even when I was at UFC Sphere in Vegas, I enjoyed it, but had a hard time focusing, because I was sitting there thinking about your farts, Sir.

They say the nose knows, but does it really? Does the nose really know? If said nose is indeed as excellent, as grand, and as superior, both in size and capability, as they say... And further, if you are as gifted an orator as I believe, neigh, KNOW that you are, then Ariel, I can only imagine, with both the gifts of input and of output, the detail in which you could perceive and then describe of your farts. The thought of such a verbal masterpiece on flatulence gives me nothing short of chills.

I really want to smell your gaseous, sulphuric farts, but if not, at least hear them described. This is not a joke. Please let me know, Sir.

Please also let Frank know, I'd be interested in smelling his too, and he wouldn't have to hold it in for me like he does for his wife and get a tummy ache.

Yours in good health,

Shane

Question for the Boys in the Back.

What has it been like having your own show for the last few months? When you started your careers in production did you ever anticipate having your own thing? What’s been the most rewarding part so far?

Hey Ariel,

If you’re planning on doing another classic interview podcast, can you please do a Chael one? You’ve had so many good ones with him over the years. I love the one where he threatens Wanderlei with the home invasion and tells the Bigfoot feeding a bus a carrot story.

Thanks!

What’s up fellas?! I was wondering now in the uncrowned era will we get the return of the “Ariel meets” interviews? Enjoy the show and have become a fan of a lot of people I probably wouldn’t have if it weren’t for your interviews like Skye, Moses Itauma, Brennan Johnson etc.

Also waiting for Anthony smith to comeback on to tell us the story of why he says you’re a fucking gangster lol
