Can you explain what is going on with the class action lawsuit against the UFC that is now allowing fighters to sue? Seems like a big deal that isn’t really being discussed.
You should definitely check out Luke Thomas’ discussion on the topic. He does a full dive on the significance and possible effects going forward. Cheers!
I know you and Conor share a strong history together, but I am/was a big fan of his back in the day, nowadays I’m basically just concerned about him as a human being. All of his appearances are just weird to me.
Do you really believe that he is coming back in December as he said ? I think the ship has sailed and we maybe don’t see him ever again.
If Sean O'Malley and Chito both win in dramatic fashion on Saturday, do you think Merab and Cory will get bypassed by Chito for the title shot? I don't think it would be fair, but I do think the ppv revenue from an O'Malley v. Chito fight would do much better than any other potential championship fight at 135 that could be made after this weekend. Would you agree?
Also, question for NY Ric - I'll be in NYC in a few weeks and need to know your go-to-spot for lox & cream cheese on an everything bagel. We share the same dream breakfast.
On Monday you joked about getting an Executive Producer credit when you were away while the boys took over the show. It made me want to ask this question I've often wondered about.
The Credits that run after the MMA Hour are missing some familiar names. Mainly Conor Burks, Rick Jackman & Frank Mysterio. What is the reason for this? Why don't they get a credit at the end of the show?
Hello Ariel!! I’ve followed you for over a decade and have always been a staunch supporter and defender of yours... We are all so happy you finally discovered Tiny Desk and as such, I must STRONGLY recommend you check out the Tech Nine & Krizz Kaliko performance... As for MMA, I am curious about the potential addition of Michael Venom Page into the UFC roster… If signed, do you think they give him a layup opponent for his debut, or do you think they throw him straight into the fire? Thanks and much love to you and the crew.
Hi gang big fan. question for ariel. do you remember if and when ideas of what would make you feel like you've made it or simply content have changed over the years? like what were your dreams and ambitions at different times of your life and now.
Are you or any of the gang familiar with the story of one one your fellow Canadians Marc-André Leclerc also know as “The Alpinist” He is a alpine free solo’er and has the most incredible, touching also sad in parts documentary/film on his life and his truly insane climbs that will leave your heart in your stomach. Watching the film was the first time I’ve heard of him and it was incredibly moving and feel he should be celebrated more and your show is great platform to say his name and get people to watch the film if they haven’t it’s as good as a documentary I’ve ever seen. If you or any of the team haven’t seen it would love for you to watch and maybe speak quickly on it next week as I know you will be blown away.
Hope all is good with the whole crew - Any idea what type of contract Logan Paul has with the WWE? Is he obligated for a time period, number of matches, etc? Can he box whenever he wants? I enjoy his performances so far. Do you see Jake following the same path (WWE)? Maybe that Paul Bros. Fued happens in WWE? I'd watch. Love the show, love the content, Thanks for all.
Have you ever felt bad for a fighter when they're talking a big game and sound totally delusional? How do you keep it respectful and not show these feelings or your personal opinion on what they're saying when it gets hard to do so?
longtime fan of the show and hopefully you can help me out. Over the years I was able to make my wife an mma Fan. In March 2024 (1st -17th of March) we are going to Souther California to visit my old college friends. Also it’s in the plan to visit Las Vegas. Hopefully with a ufc card (no apex) on one of those 3 Saturday’s during my time in SoCal. Do you have any idea which Saturday (2nd/9th/16th of March) will have most likely a ufc card in Las Vegas? Last year it was the (4th of March Gane vs Jones) so I guess I can hope for a ufc card during that same time in Las Vegas?
Would be nice to plan hotels/travel in advance to save some money.
Thanks and schöne Grüsse aus Düsseldorf, Deutschland 🍻
Hello Ariel and crew. As always, fascinating interview from Eugene Bareman on sub radio recently, he says DDP’s taken his shot for granted & now shouldn’t sit comfortably thinking he’s next given how fast things change in the UFC? Is he right or does the rivalry need to be settled? Secondly, on a similar note, if both Izzy & Khamzat win their fights, (mcrgegor aside) can you think of a bigger & more anticipated the matchup that Adesanya v Chimaev? Izzy used to talk about fighting Jon Jones at Raider stadium in 2024, that of course ain’t happening but I believe if built correctly, Izzy v Chimaev could be just as big? Am I getting too carried away ? Much love, your boy Abay ✌🏾
I started watching MMA about 10 years ago, but I really got into it when Covid started, so much so it’s become my favorite sport to watch. I am however starting to see what you have been talking about for all these years, fighter pay, bad judging, fighters getting preferential treatment over others, and also what really bugs me is no one really knows how much does fighters make? In other sports every contract is public knowledge, but some of our favorite fighters are not even making 100k a fight. I’m starting to think they do this on purpose, because if every MMA fan knew how much their favorite fighters made, they would cause an uproar. Also, the show/win part is so childish it’s insane.
The question for you is, if you were in Dana White’s chair, and you got the chance to change three things/Rules in the UFC/MMA in general what would they be?

Hi Ariel,
What are you’re thoughts on the Schmo’s comments on Kevin Hollands podcast about you?
Cheers
