Gable Steveson signs with WWE, but is also returning to Minnesota

Big news today.

Gable Steveson has made his decision: he is going back to wrestle for the University of Minnesota, however, WWE announced today that it has signed the Olympic gold medalist/reigning NCAA wrestling champion to an exclusive agreement, as well.

In the company’s first-ever NIL (name, image, likeness) deal, Steveson will join the WWE roster while defending his NCAA title for the University of Minnesota. Once he’s done with school, he’ll be a part of WWE full-time.
